O School is structured as a company limited by guarantee. Since April 2015, the National Arts Council has granted it the esteemed Major Company Grant status, further facilitating its impactful endeavours. Notably, O School holds the status of a registered charity, officially recognized as an Institution of Public Character (IPC) since November 21, 2016, emphasising its commitment to its charitable mission and activities.

Since 2014, O School also incorporated its fully-owned subsidiary, to focus on more commercially viable dance related businesses.
